• A 1.5-hour instructor-led dance session (our standard format)

• Instruction in 2–3 beginner-friendly dances (line dancing, swing, or a mix)

• Music setup and speaker system (if needed)

• Travel to your workplace, event venue, or retreat location (within 30 miles; additional fees apply beyond)

• Flexible format to match your schedule, group size, and goals

We’ll lead your team through 3 easy dances — either line, swing, or a mix — designed to be inclusive, energizing, and fun

💡 Want something shorter? We also offer 1-hour sessions (includes 1–2 dances), perfect for lunchtime energizers or part of a larger event agenda.

• Starting at $300 for a 1.5-hour session

• Custom quotes available for larger groups or extended bookings

Free within 30 miles, additional fee for 31–60 miles, custom quote for over 60 miles.
